    Some customers who had an Estimated Restoration Time (ETR) of noon today have a new ETR of 11:30 tonight. Unfortunately as we respond to these outages, the extensive damage or equipment issues are taking longer to repair, including residential developments that have buried lines. Other ETRs remain unchanged. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work around-the-clock until everyone has service again.
