A variety of convenient options, described below, are available for you to pay your Pepco energy bill.
- E-Bill
Make your life easier! View and pay your bill online each month through My Account. It’s free!
OR
For a nominal fee, you can pay your bill with a credit or debit card online through BillMatrix.
- Budget Billing
Budget Billing allows you to make a fixed payment each month, therefore avoiding the fluctuation in monthly bills, which may arise as a result of heating or air conditioning use. - Telephone
Pepco’s Voice Response System allows you to pay by electronic check, and this service is free! Or you can call BillMatrix to pay over the phone with a credit or debit card. There is a charge for BillMatrix services. - By Mail
