Clarification
Pepco wishes to clarify information in the October 2006 issue of Lines regarding energy-efficiency rebates. Rebates on appliances which carry the federal government's Energy Star label are from the appliance manufactures, not the government. When purchasing an Energy Star appliance, you must apply to that manufacturer for the rebate.
