Welcome to My Account, Pepco's online energy audit tool. With My Account, you can:
- view and pay your bill;
- find ways to save energy and money;
- compare and analyze your bills;
- understand why your bill has changed;
- see where your dollars go.
We have moved to a new online billing system, Customers that have used Pepco’s online billing in the past need to register as a First Time “My Account” user to view and pay their bill. Your old online billing username and password will not work for My Account.
Click on the First-time user link below to register or if you are a returning “My Account” user click on the return user link.

You may still access our old online billing system to get a copy of your bill.
(You must use your old online billing system username and password to get a copy of your bill)
