Pay Your Bill Online
We have moved to a new online billing system that is now part of My Account. If you are already a registered My Account user, please use the link at the bottom of the page to sign on.
Customers who have used Pepco's online billing system in the past but are not registered in My Account will need to take the following steps.
1. Get a copy of your last bill. Access our old online billing system using your old user name and password to get a copy of your last bill. In order to register for our new online billing system, you will need to know your account number, service period "To" date and amount due. Print out your bill or have it available in an internet browser session for reference purposes.
2. Register for My Account. You are now ready to register for My Account. Click on the First-time My Account User link below and answer the questions to register. You will be asked to create a new user ID and password. If your old user ID and password fit the new system guidelines, you can use them again for My Account.
3. View and pay your bill. After you have registered for My Account, please select the option to view and pay bill, which is located both at the top on the home profile questions and in the left navigation menu. You can use the view and pay bill option without completing the home profile questions.
