Printing

Printed version is different from online version (Internet Explorer)

If you see something on the screen that does not print, you may want to check the print settings for your browser for background color and images.

Often the browser will be set up to not print the background color or images because they impair readability when converted to black and white or consume large amounts of toner or ink.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer:

  1. Select Tools and then Internet Options.
  2. Click the Advanced tab.
  3. Scroll down to the section labeled Printing and check the box labeled Print background colors and images.
  4. Print the page again.

Printing Content in Frames

Some web pages are designed to display multiple pages at one time in the browser. This technique uses "frames." Because of this, when you use the Print button on the browser's toolbar, each page may be printed on a separate sheet of paper.

Windows 2000 and Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5:

  1. Click the area of the page you want to print.
  2. Select File or right-click in the main area.
  3. Select Print.
  4. In the Print window, select the Options tab.
  5. Select Only the selected frame and click Print.

Netscape 6: Functionality not supported.

Netscape 4.08 to 4.7x:

  1. Click the area of the page you want to print.
  2. Select File and Print frame or click the Print button on the toolbar.
  3. Select Print.
  4. Click OK.
